The Gratitude Garage

Pledge list for 2027

The Gratitude Garage

The Gratitude Garage is how people in this trade pledge one thing they can give in 2027, so a nonprofit can be helped later.

A shop can give a wrap, a print, an install, a design, a banner, or part of one. A person with no shop can give an install. A manufacturer can give material. You say what you can do, and what you can’t.

Bombshell Discovery, a veteran-led nonprofit, keeps the list. The physical Gratitude Garage, a place for veterans to stay, comes later. This page is the pledge list.

Make a pledge

Tell us what you will give in 2027, and the limits that come with it.

Examples, not rules for everyone:

  • One wrap a year, within 10 miles.
  • The printing of 10 wraps, if someone else provides the material.
  • One banner, three feet by four feet, once a year.
  • A roll of material, an hour of labor, an install, the cost of shipping, or the printing of banner signs.
What you will give
Your limits

How far you’ll go, how much notice you need, and who pays the hard parts.

These are your limits, not a template. Someone might need a month of notice. Someone might only travel inside one state, such as Florida. Someone might only work in two states. Write what is true for you.

About your shop

Where it is, how many people, how big, what equipment. If you have no shop, say what you can still do.

Who it’s for

Pledges are for nonprofits and veteran-owned businesses. They are matched to veteran nonprofits.

Bombshell Discovery keeps the list.

How a need gets filled

Example, not a live match

A nonprofit in Los Angeles needs a wrap on a vehicle. Someone in Pasadena can print it. Someone in Huntington Beach can install it. Someone anywhere can design it. A manufacturer can pledge the material.

An agent helps organize that later. This page does not do the matching yet.
